Delete your account — MohtarmaKnows

MohtarmaKnows, published by Ibtidaa Tech, lets you delete your account and its data at any time. You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it by email.

Delete your whole account

Before you delete, you can take your data with you. The same Your data screen has an Export my data button, which gives you a copy of your profile and learning history.

Ask us to delete it instead

Email ibtidaatech@gmail.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.

We ask you to write from the registered address because it is how we confirm the request is really yours. We will never ask you for your password.

What happens, and when

You have 30 days to change your mind. Sign in again within that window and your account comes back exactly as it was. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and we cannot restore anything, because the data no longer exists.

Delete some of your data, and keep your account

If you want to start over rather than leave, you can erase your learning data on its own. Your account, sign-in and username stay exactly as they are.
